A venture-backed AI primary care company with strong product-market fit is growing fast and building out its team. It's hiring a Growth Director to own paid acquisition day to day, as a founding member of a new office team.

What you'll do

• Set up and run paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels

• Brief and test creative

• Adjust spend based on what the numbers show

• Pick up community pushes, events or press when growth calls for it

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns: setting budgets, briefing creative, testing and optimizing on performance

• The ability to walk through a real budget you've managed: how much, which channels, what worked, what didn't and why

• Comfort stepping into community, events or PR work

• Enough time in past roles to see a growth ramp through and adjust based on real results

• A record of learning something unfamiliar quickly, ideally in a regulated or compliance-heavy space

• Strong plus: paid growth experience in health, telehealth, supplements or fintech
